That's our work. Getting one person signed up sounds simple until you try to do it thousands of times, correctly, across a whole market. Here is what that actually takes, and what we handle.

Marketing the Program

The households Lifeline was written for are the hardest ones to reach, and an ad on a screen they don't own won't do it. So we go to them: door to door, inside retail locations, and at community events, explaining in plain language what it is and who it's for.

Distributing the Devices

Hearing about the program and holding a working phone are two very different things. We handle eligibility, the paperwork, and the device itself, phone or tablet, so someone can walk up with nothing and walk away connected. Several of our teams also run walk-in offices, so people can come to us.

Federal Benefit Program

USAC Lifeline Program

Lifeline is the FCC's federal benefit that makes phone and internet service affordable for qualifying low-income households, administered by the Universal Service Administrative Co. Millions of families are eligible. Far fewer know it.

We close that gap: awareness campaigns, community-level outreach, and enrollment operations that reach households where they actually are.

Our role: Master agent and field distribution. We recruit and manage the crews that reach eligible households where they live, then carry each one through sign-up start to finish.
